甲状腺全切除术在甲状腺癌外科治疗中的价值及合理选择(2)
综上所述，甲状腺全切除术在甲状腺癌外科治疗中可显著提高临床治疗效果，在维持术后生存率方面具有显著的优势，因此，可作为甲状腺癌的首选手术疗法，但是其在儿童患者治疗过程中需慎重选择。
